Paleo Chilli Saves the Day
2lbs mince (beef)
2 large chicken breasts
2 tbsp cooking oil (coconut oil, lard, ghee)
2 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp sea salt (chilli flavour (try tescos)!
2 big cans of chopped tomatoes
Fry the mince and onions (chopped) and add chunks of chicken breast to cook with the mixture
Add in the rest of the ingredients when the mince has browned.
Bring to the boil and then turn down to simmer gently for about an hour.
